"We have used JSK for more than 20 years. It would be hard to contemplate running the business without it. However, as with all the good things in life, there are commitments which must be made by the user. Discipline, and detail are not to be avoided at any time. Follow the rules and it is amazing just how easy running a complicated business like ours can be. JSK has become my friend and the advantages of a thorough audit record have been shown to me time and time again. Clients and creditors are constantly impressed how quickly and easily we can trace the history of our dealings. Norman and his team have truly given me an easy ride over the years. "We have been using Jewellery Shopkeeper for more than 12 years and to this day find it still to be the most comprehensive package available for the jewellery industry. from stock control to point of sale and although the accounting side may not be as advanced as Pastel, for any one who is not an accountant it is certainly extremely user friendly and does virtually anything any other accounting package can do. Norman is always available to help if you get stuck or have a problem of any sort. "The Jewellery Shopkeeper system provides the most extensive point of sale and stock management system for the retail trade in South Africa that we have across. We use the system in all of our 5 branches and 2 offices to seamlessly manage our business. Since implementing it fully, it has made our business far more efficient. It is also accessible from our mobile devices. I use it daily to monitor all the sales in our branches and plan our month to month purchases. "Shopkeeper has the easiest labelling barcoded system-I have worked in other accounting packages and the barcodes for such a small tag are not compatable. The colour catalogue providing you take all the photos has been a great help especially now during stock take, the upgade has helped staff look up the picture of the missing stock and has made it quicker to trace the missing item." -- vana
