How our pricing works
There is a once-off licence fee as well as monthly fee for The
Jewellery Shopkeeper (JSK)
ONCE-OFF LICENCE FEES
1st Location: free of charge (value between R11000-R45000)
2nd to 3rd Location: from R6600 incl. VAT each
4th to 8th Location: from R5200 incl. VAT each
MONTHLY FEES
Monthly fees cover
- telephonic, email, Teamviewer and instant message support (all
hours)
- regular program updates with the newest features
- error detection with automatic reporting to our support desk
- off-site backups several times per day with 13-month old version
storage
- Cloud hosting with over 99.9% up-time
- unlimited users and free workstation terminal software
There is no “renewal” or yearly update fee.
The cost of the JSK monthly payments varies according to business

OTHER SERVICES
Integarted email service is free of charge and the intefgrated SMS service is charged on account as per our SMS price list.
Live forex and precious metal prices are automatically loaded into the sytem at start of each session.
